Dulcet is all about real ingredients and real taste. We work the old-fashioned way and strive to bring you the beauty contained in nature. We try to handmade everything we can with love and integrity and always keep the forefront of our minds that the most important thing is the way our delicacies taste.

At Dulcet, we handmake as much as possible, ensuring a truly bespoke experience for our esteemed patrons. Every day, we prepare our delectable treats fresh in-house, continuously exploring novel flavor combinations that surprise and delight. While we hold taste above all else, we also care about your well-being, thoughtfully reducing sugar and embracing natural sweetness, so you can savor our glorious treats guilt-free. Who we are


Vivienne is the cake designer at Dulcet and creates beautiful custom designed and personalised cake experiences, for every celebration and event. Vivienne has been professionally trained with Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute, Sydney, and has had the opportunity to work with some of the best people in the business.




Juno is the soul of the kitchen, and has been working as a pastry chef in one of the best fine dining restaurants in town – the Quay restaurant. Juno trained at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute, Sydney, and has worked with many professionals in the business.

I loved all the cakes - while their price may be a bit steep, it is certainly worth it. There are many different flavours, i recommend them ALL! While i was a bit disappointed with the drink, which were artificial and sickly sweet, the cake selection made up for any sadness. The crepe cakes are rich and dense, and extremely delicious
