STANDARD CAKES AND SWEETS INFORMATION

Majority of our standard cakes & sweets (including matcha powders) requires refrigeration, preferably at the range of 2-4°C. We recommend consuming the cake within 2 days, especially the ones decorated with fresh fruits.

Unfortunately we are not able to create custom flavours for our standard cake selections 

Cancellations to standard cakes must be made in writing 48 hours prior to the said completion date to qualify for refund. Any notice made between 48-24 hours prior will only be qualified for a store credit (this can be used for all further orders). Any notice made within 24 hours prior will not be qualified for any refund or credit. 

Cancellations to celebration cakes must be made in writing 1 week prior to the said completion date to qualify for store credit (this can be used for all further orders).  Any notice made within 72 hours prior will not be qualified for any refund or credit. 

We take pride in our cakes and sweets. On a few occasions a year we have an unsatisfied customer. If you are unhappy with your order and/or purchase, please notify the driver or staff before accepting the products. A staff shall then deal with your case ASAP.

Once your order has been delivered or collected, we no longer hold any responsibility of your purchase. We highly recommend that all care be taken to ensure no damage or miss handling of the final product to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered.

  • A pick-up time will be arranged at the time of booking.
  • Your order must be collected at the allocated time.
  • Dulcet will not provide refunds for late pick-ups or no-shows for 48 hours.
  • Please call us if you are running late.

Dulcet reserves the right to post photographs/ images of any of our work on our website and other social media sites (with the exception of images showing the faces of customers without their prior written permission)

CUSTOM CAKES AND SWEETS INFORMATION

Our cake starts from $200, which consists of 24 coffee slices or 12 dessert slices. If you’re working within a strict budget, we suggest our standard cakes.

Yes. We offer a $30 cake tasting, which includes our 6 signature flavours.
We advise to book at least 2 weeks prior to your event to avoid disappointment.
Yes. Our Creative Director is available for appointments on Monday to Fridays from 10am to 4pm, Saturday appointments based on request and availability. Consultation fee is $80 including tasting samples.
We offer dummy cakes based on customer requirement. This however does not affect the price much as the design and intricacy remains the same.
We currently offer egg or gluten free cakes based on special request.
Unfortunately, no. We are working towards a more inclusive cake menu.

No. Please contact us for bespoke cakes as they fall on a different pricing range.
Leftovers should be kept in the refrigerator or freezer wrapped in cling wrap and stored in an airtight container. We recommend consuming the refrigerated cakes within a week and frozen cakes within three months.
