• Premium Japanese bread flour
• 53% Milk
• Fresh Yeast
• Premium cultured butter
• maldon sea-salt

Storing suggestions:

• Best enjoyed fresh on the day of purchase
• If not, keep me in room temperature for a day or two, otherwise freeze me.
